Symbiotische Klänge, intime Strukturen, sensible Interaktionen.
Lina Knörr und Roger Kintopf interpretieren mit höchstem Feingefühl ihre Kompositionen, sowie ihre Lieblingsstücke. In dieser intimen Besetzung agieren die beiden Musiker auf Augenhöhe und vermeiden die Etablierung konventioneller Hierarchien. Es entstehen subtile Texturen, die sich durch Klarheit und Transparenz auszeichnen, und Räume für gemeinsames Gestalten schaffen.

In ihrem Duo erkunden Vincent Koch am Tenorsaxophon und Niklas Roever am Klavier, tief verbunden mit der Jazztradition, Standards und Kompositionen der Duopartner. Beeinflusst von Musikern wie Charlie Parker, Warne Marsh und Bill Evans suchen sie nach neuen Wegen der Interaktion und des gemeinsamen Ausdrucks. Ziel ist das Loslassen von Gewohnheiten und die Bereitschaft zu Offenheit und Risiko. Im Vordergrund steht gegenseitiges Vertrauen und Freude am gemeinsamen Schaffen. Dabei ist auch stets das geteilte Interesse für die Musik von Komponisten wie Maurice Ravel, Olivier Messiaen und Johann Sebastian Bach spürbar.

Lina Knörr and Roger Kintopf interpret their compositions and their favorite pieces with the greatest sensitivity. In this intimate line-up, the two musicians act at eye level and avoid the establishment of conventional hierarchies. Subtle textures emerge, which are characterized by clarity and transparency and create spaces for joint design.

In their duo, Vincent Koch Niklas Roever explore standards and compositions deeply connected to the jazz tradition. Influenced by musicians like Charlie Parker, Warne Marsh and Bill Evans, they look for new ways of interacting and expressing themselves together. The goal is to let go of habits and be open to risks. The focus is on mutual trust and joy in creating together. Their shared interest in the music of composers such as Maurice Ravel, Olivier Messiaen and Johann Sebastian Bach is always noticeable.
