Einfach nur drei Individuen, einfach ein Trio, Just Another Jazz Band. Nach zwei veröffentlichten Studioalben, diversen Auszeichnungen, über hundert gespielten Konzerten und mehreren Tourneen weltweit, hebt die progressive Jazzband Just Another Foundry aus Köln ihr Wirken auf die nächste Ebene.

Ihr neues Album Compendium Of Unease ist eine Synergie aus dem gereiften Akustik-Trio-Sound und elektronischem Live- Processing. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Elektronikern Marc Alberto (Indie-Pop, Klangkunst) aus Amsterdam und Jonatan Uranes (Noise, DIY Artist) aus Kopenhagen wird die Band live farblich, klanglich und räumlich bearbeitet bzw. verfremdet. In diesem Rahmen komponierte und erprobte die Band mit diesen Gästen dedizierte neue Stücke mit dem Ziel einer elektroakustischen Symbiose. Musik der Großstadt und dennoch der eigenen Wurzeln.
Musik, die das Feuer einer neuen Generation widerspiegelt.

Simply three individuals, simply a trio, Just Another Jazz Band. After two released studio albums, various awards, over a hundred played concerts and several tours worldwide, the progressive jazz band Just Another Foundry from Cologne takes their work to the next level.

Their new album Compendium Of Unease is a synergy of the matured acoustic trio sound and electronic live processing. In collaboration with electronic artists Marc Alberto (indie pop, sound art) from Amsterdam and Jonatan Uranes (noise, DIY artist) from Copenhagen, the band is processed or alienated live in terms of color, sound and space. Within this framework, the band composed and tested dedicated new pieces with these guests, aiming for an electroacoustic symbiosis. Music of the big city and yet of their own roots.
Music that reflects the fire of a new generation.
