Noch bevor die ersten Triebe ihre Köpfe neugierig aus dem Boden strecken, steht im LOFT und beim Multiple Joy[ce] Orchestra bereits die erste Ernte an.

Mit Kompositionen Matthias Schubert, Frank Gratkowski und Carl Ludwig Hübsch beweist das Orchester ein weiteres Mal, dass eine gute Ernte keine Frage von langen Erwägungen ist. Mit sicherer Hand und einem untrüglichen Gespür für den besten Zeitpunkt verwandeln die versierten Orchester-Impro-Interpret*innen unterschiedlichste kompositorische Vorgaben im Schlaf in – denn wenn sie erst mal erklingt, ist jede Musik Echtzeitmusik. Alles andere sind Pläne und Gedankenspiele.
Womit allerdings auch gesagt sein soll, daß grade diese hier das Salz in der Suppe sind, das herausragende Merkmal dieses einzigartigen Orchesters.

Even before the first shoots curiously peek their heads out of the ground, LOFT and the Multiple Joy[ce] Orchestraare already preparing for their first harvest.
With compositions by Matthias Schubert, Frank Gratkowski, and Carl Ludwig Hübsch, the orchestra proves once again that a good harvest is not a matter of long deliberation. With a sure hand and an unerring sense for the best moment, the accomplished orchestra improvisers transform a wide variety of compositional guidelines in their sleep—because once it starts playing, all music is real-time music. Everything else is plans and mind games.
Which is to say, however, that these are the icing on the cake, the outstanding feature of this unique orchestra.
