Ben Tiberio – bass

The German-Argentinian vocalist (and former junglofterin) Sabeth Pérez has been commuting between New York and Germany since 2018. She began her musical career with large ensembles, including the WDR Bigband, the Hessischer Rundfunk Bigband, the Cologne Contemporary Jazz Orchestra, the EOS Kammerorchester and the Bundesjazzorchester. During this time, she unwaveringly pursued her path through the German university landscape to the Manhattan School of Music (studying with Theo Bleckmann, Jean Baylor & Jo Lawry, among others), where she completed her master’s degree as a scholarship holder in 2020.
Sabeth composes and arranges for instrumental and vocal ensembles – most notably her own quartet – and sings in several languages as naturally as if they were all her own.
Her collaborations include concerts and studio productions with renowned conductors, arrangers and instrumentalists such as John Beasley, Jim McNeely, Billy Childs, the Uptown Jazz Tentet, Lula Galvão, Minino Garay, Henry Cole, Luciano Biondini, Gustavo Beytelmann, Charles Altura, Ingrid Jensen, Keita Ogawa and Jon Cowherd.
