In den letzten zehn Jahren haben der virtuose Pianist/Komponist Simon Nabatov und der Bassist/Komponist Max Johnson eine transatlantische musikalische Partnerschaft aufgebaut, und dabei Konzerte in den Vereinigten Staaten und Deutschland gegeben.
Die beiden aufregenden Instrumentalisten haben zwei Trio-Platten aufgenommen, Free Reservoir (mit Michael Sarin) und Live at the Ibeam (mit Gerald Cleaver), und werden im LOFT einen Abend mit wunderschönen Eigenkompositionen präsentieren.
Die beiden produktiven und genreübergreifenden Meister arbeiten immer an der Spitze ihrer Musik, und man sollte nie eine Gelegenheit verpassen, um zu sehen, welche neuen Ideen sie auf Lager haben.
Beim Konzert im LOFT komplettiert der Schlagzeuger Dominik Mahnig das Trio.

For the past decade, virtuoso pianist-compser Simon Nabatov and bassist-composer Max Johnson have shared a trans-atlantic musical partnership, performing concerts in the United States & Germany.
These two exciting instrumentalists have recorded a pair of trio records, Free Reservoir (w/ Michael Sarin), and Live at the Ibeam (w/ Gerald Cleaver), and will be presenting an evening of beautiful original compositions at the LOFT.
These two prolific and genre defying masters are always working at the forefront of their music, and one should never miss an opportunity to see what new ideas they have in store.
For the concert at the LOFT, drummer Dominik Mahnig will complete the trio.
