Die Musik des Quartetts um die australische Gitarristin Hilary Geddes verortet sich im modern– und contemporary Jazz. Neben Eigenkompositionen, die auf ihrem preisgekrönten Debüt Album Parkside (2021) erschienen sind, besteht das Repertoire aus Stücken aller Musiker, die speziell für dieses Projektensemble komponiert- oder arrangiert wurden. Durch diesen kollektvistschen Ansatz entsteht ein kreatver Austausch, den die Zuhörer:innen live miterleben können. Im Focus der Musik stehen Dialog und Improvisatonen.

The music of the quartet around the Australian guitarist Hilary Geddes is located in modern and contemporary jazz. In addition to original compositions that appeared on their award-winning debut album “Parkside” (2021), the repertoire consists of pieces by all musicians that were composed or arranged especially for this project ensemble. With this collectivistic approach a creative exchange arises, which the listeners can experience live. The focus of the music is on dialogue and improvisation.
