Vor 10 Jahren gründeten zehn Kölner Improvisator*innen das Impakt Kollektiv Köln für Improvisation & aktuelle Musik. Das ist Grund zum Feiern, denn seither bereichert die mittlerweile 14-köpfige Gruppe die Szene der improvisierten Musik Kölns und Deutschlands durch Konzerte, Reihen, Workshops und das Label IMPAKT RECORDS.
So lädt es zu einem 2-tägigen Festival ins Kölner LOFT, um einen geballten Klangkosmos aus Improvisationen und außergewöhnlichen Performances zu entfachen.

Am 3. & 4. November 2023 werden insgesamt sieben Ensembles und Solist*innen aus Europa auftreten und von u.a. malerischen Klang-Landschaften der Band LAUROSHILAU bishin zum fantastischen Getöse des Gitarristen Julien Desprez erzählen.
Ein besonderes Bonbon ist das Mittagskonzert des Simon Rummel Ensemble am zweiten Tag.

Das Kollektiv freut sich auf zwei Tage voller Musik, Improvisatonen und eine herzliche Jubiläumsfeier!

10 years ago, ten improvisers from Cologne founded the Impakt Kollektiv Köln für Improvisation & aktuelle Musik. This is a reason to celebrate, because since then the meanwhile 14-member group enriches the scene of improvised music in Cologne and Germany through concerts, series, workshops and the label IMPAKT RECORDS.
Thus, it invites to a 2-day festival in Cologne LOFT to ignite a concentrated sound cosmos of improvisations and extraordinary performances.

On the 3rd and 4th of November 2023, a total of seven ensembles and soloists from Europe will perform and tell of, among other things, picturesque soundscapes of the band LAUROSHILAU to the fantastic roar of guitarist Julien Desprez.
A special treat is the lunchtime concert of the Simon Rummel Ensemble on the second day.

The collective is looking forward to two days full of music, improvisations and a hearty anniversary celebration!
