Bilderstürmer sind hier nicht am Werk\, dafür sehr formbewusste\, mal witzig-euphorische\, dann wieder balladesk-melancholische\, in jedem Fall sehr facettenreiche Musiker\, die auf der Grundlage von Vincents Kompositionen vielfarbige und immer wieder überraschende Momentaufnahmen extrahieren. Unbändige Spiellust an komplexen Formen und Rhythmen treffen auf viel Lust am Experiment und einen bemerkenswerten Sinn für ungewöhnliche und im Gedächtnis haftende Melodien. Programmmusik ist das insofern\, als hier Collagen entwickelt werden aus Ranken\, Verzierungen und Minithemen\, die immer wieder aufscheinen in neuen Formen. Diese spontane Musik hat auch deswegen nichts Zufälliges\, weil hier spielfreudig Ideen entwickelt\, verfeinert und vertieft werden. Langen Prozess machen\, dann aber immer wieder auf den Punkt kommen\, genau dafür haben sich hier drei gleichberechtigte Musiker gefunden. Mal wild und wuselig\, dann wieder perlend und konzis ist diese stets lebensbejahende Musik. There are no iconoclasts at work here\, but very form-conscious\, sometimes witty-euphoric\, then again balladic-melancholic\, in any case very multifaceted musicians\, who extract colorful and always surprising snapshots on the basis of Vincent’s compositions. Unbridled playfulness of complex forms and rhythms meet a lot of desire for experimentation and a remarkable sense for unusual and memorable melodies. This is program music insofar as collages are developed here from tendrils\, ornaments and mini-themes that appear again and again in new forms. This spontaneous music has nothing random about it\, because here ideas are developed\, refined and deepened with a joy of playing. To make a long process\, but then to come to the point again and again\, that’s exactly what three equal musicians have found each other for here. Sometimes wild and bustling\, then again sparkling and concise is this always life-affirming music.
