Der Reiz liegt im beschaulichen Wechselgespräch; hier wird Persönliches gesagt\, werden eigene Wahrheiten preisgegeben\, vertrauensvolle Geständnisse gemacht. Dabei drängt es sich beim Zuhören wie selbstverständlich auf\, in dieses Klanggespräch die eigene Geschichte mit hinein zu phantasieren und selbst mit zu fiebern. So wird die Musik im kleinen Kreis der Musikanten zu einer besonderen Einladung. \nwww.stefanscholer.com \nStilistisch hat sich die Musik des Klever Pianisten Stefan Schöler über die Jahre von Neo-Bop hin zu klassischem Modernjazz entwickelt: Eine Musik die sich zwar beruft auf traditionelle Improvisationstechniken aus Swing und Bebop\, jedoch nicht verzichtet auf die Errungenschaften der Modal- und Modernjazz-Improvisation. Schöler studierte bei Sharon Anderson\, Rob van den Broeck\, später bei u. a. John Tayler\, Carla Bley und Steve Swallow. Vor zwei Jahren ergab sich die Zusammenarbeit mit Lukas Keller und Simon Bräumer. Mit Fernseh- und Radioauftritten für WDR und ARD\, Auftritten in renommierten Clubs und zu Festivals in Deutschland\, den Niederlanden\, Schweden und Dänemark\, dem Release des zweiten Albums „Wiedersehen“ bei Unit Records\, der Zusammenarbeit mit David Friedman (Vibraphon) am Tübinger Conversations Festival konnte das Trio die Dinge voran bringen.
