Dora Osterloh\, Theresia Philipp\, Keisuke Matsuno\, Simon Jermyn and Lukas Akintaya are creative players in the Cologne and Berlin jazz scene and can be experienced in various constellations and bands. With PHOENIX LOVE they form an independent ensemble\, which brings both the free-spirited playing attitude of improvisation and emotional empathy to the compositions and lyrics. Dora Osterloh’s voice moves playfully between instrumental\, noisy and singing expression. This creates an extraordinary band sound\, characterized by rhythmic complexity\, melodic and harmonic depth and spherical soundscapes.\nPHOENIX LOVE’s first album will be released in 2026.
