DESCRIPTION:  \nCymin Samawatie – Gesang & Piano\nMaria Reich – Violine\nMilian Vogel – Bassklarinette & Elektronik\n \n\n(english: see below) \nInformationen zu den Öffnungszeiten finden Sie hier.\nEintritt frei!\n►Das Konzert wird zusätzlich im livestream über YouTube zu verfolgen sein.\nDirekt zum livestream\n\n\n\n\nBisher standen die Monday Meetings unter dem Motto der (Neu)Begegnung.\nMit Neuzuwachs im Kurator:innenteam wird das Konzept in diesem Jahr erweitert um einen “außermusikalischen” Aspekt: die eingeladenen Künstler:innen dürfen sich – zusätzlich zum Konzertteil – jeweils Vortragsgäste aussuchen\, die sie mit ihrer Musik verknüpfen oder die ein Thema behandeln\, das sie beschäftigt. \n\nCymin Samawatie Trio © Florian Schmuck\nPersische Lyrik und kammermusikalische\, zeitgenössische Musik. \nOst und West\, Alt und Neu\, in bruchloser Synthese. In den Kompositionen von Cymin Samawatie verschmelzen die Klangfarben des Impressionismus mit der Lebendigkeit des zeitgenössischen Jazz. Sie vereint neue Kompositionsstrukturen mit Kammermusik\, freie Improvisationen und Minimalismus mit persischer Lyrik u.a. von Rumi\, Hafis & Forough Farrokhzaad. \nSinnlich und fein formen die Musiker:innen ihre Klänge und zaubern freie Melodien und Rhythmen\, die einen sofort in den Bann ziehen. Die warme\, ausdrucksstarke und klare Stimme verwebt sich und wird eins mit den impressionistischen Klängen der Instrumente. Dynamisch und expressiv erklingen die Gedichte von Forough Farrokhzaad und raumgreifende Melodien\, von denen sich ahnen lässt\, sie schon einmal gehört zu haben: denn sie erzählen von ewigen Wahrheiten und der Tiefe menschlichen Schaffens. \nEs ist ein spannungsreiches Erlebnis\, dieses Trio live zu hören und die einfühlsame Interaktion des Ensembles zu erleben. \nhttp://www.cyminsamawatie.de/ \n\nMonday Meetings – gefördert von: \n \n \n\nCymin Samawatie – vocals & piano\nMaria Reich – violin\nMilian Vogel – bass clarinet & electronics \nInformation about our opening times can be found here.\nFree admission!\n►The concert will also be livestreamed for free on YouTube.\ntake me directly to the livestream\n\n\nSo far\, the Monday Meetings have been held under the motto of (re)encounters.\nWith the addition of new members to the curatorial team\, the concept will be expanded this year to include an „extra-musical“ aspect: in addition to the concert part\, the invited artists will be able to choose guests for lectures who they associate with their music or who deal with a topic that concerns them. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPersian poetry and contemporary chamber music. \nEast and West\, old and new\, in seamless synthesis. In the compositions of Cymin Samawatie\, the timbres of impressionism merge with the liveliness of contemporary jazz. She combines new compositional structures with chamber music\, free improvisations and minimalism with Persian poetry by Rumi\, Hafis & Forough Farrokhzaad\, among others. \nSensually and finely the musicians:inside form their sounds and conjure up free melodies and rhythms that immediately cast a spell over you. The warm\, expressive and clear voice interweaves and becomes one with the impressionistic sounds of the instruments. Forough Farrokhzaad’s poems sound dynamic and expressive\, as do expansive melodies that suggest you have heard them before: for they tell of eternal truths and the depth of human creativity. \nIt is an exciting experience to listen to this trio live and to experience the sensitive interaction of the ensemble.
