Die Band spielt hauptsächlich eigene Kompositionen und Arrangements\, die eine besondere Atmosphäre schaffen. Die Musik der Band ist durch Kompositionen von Richie Beirach\, Kenny Wheeler\, Esbjörn Svensson und anderen beeinflusst. \nLathyrus ist der Name einer wundervollen Blume und\, ebenso wie sich eine blühende Blume entwickelt\, verwandelt sich ihre Musik in eine Geschichte.
