Gedichte von weiblichen Schriftstellerinnen wie Emily Dickinson\, Amy Lowell und Sappho stehen im Zentrum ihrer Kompositionen. Darin verbindet sie Jazz und Improvisation mit Singer-Songwriter-Elementen.\nDie Texte\, die zum Teil mehr als hundert Jahre alt sind\, erhalten eine neue musikalische Gestalt und entfalten dadurch aktuelle Relevanz. Poems by female writers such as Emily Dickinson\, Amy Lowell\, and Sappho are at the heart of her compositions.
