Sie  machte ihren Abschluss in Komposition an der Nationalen Universität und ist derzeit Studentin im Masterstudiengang Jazz Komposition/Arrangement an der Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln.\nAls Komponistin und Arrangeurin hat sie mit verschiedenen Ensembles wie dem Nationalen Orchester für Argentinische Musik\, dem Akademischen Orchester ISA des Teatro Colón\, dem Tropi Ensemble\, dem Streicherensemble SurdelSur und in Residenzen für das Experimentierzentrum des Teatro Colón gearbeitet.\nAls Sängerin ist sie in verschiedenen Projekten als Solistin aufgetreten und hat mit Musikern wie Heiner Goebbels\, Sebastian Gramss\, Valentín Garvie\, Joëlle Lèandre\, Juan Pablo Navarro\, Graciela Jimenez\, Ernesto Jodos und vielen anderen zusammengearbeitet. Kürzlich trat sie am IRCAM – Centre Pompidou auf\, wo sie mit Agustín Issidoro und Pierre Jodlowski zusammenarbeitete.\nSie war Mitglied des Nationalen Poliphonischen Chors von Argentinien\, des Vokalensembles Cámara XXI und des Universitäts-Kammerchors von Mar del Plata.\nSie war Stipendiatin des Nationalen Fonds für die Künste (2015\, 2017\, 2020) und des Mozarteums von Argentina (2022).\nSie studierte Jazz und Improvisation mit Musikern aus Buenos Aires und der internationalen Szene. Darüber hinaus besuchte sie die SIM (School for Improvisational Music) am Brooklyn Conservatory (New York\, 2019).\nDarüber hinaus hat sie an Festivals wie dem BA International Jazz Festival\, der Contemporary Music Series des San Martín Theaters und des Cervantes National Theaters\, dem CCM Haroldo Conti Jazz Festival und der CCK Jazz Series teilgenommen.\nIhre künstlerische Tätigkeit entfaltet sich im Bereich der zeitgenössischen Musik\, des Jazz und der improvisierten Musik\, wo sie mit dem Sinn für Gemeinschaft und Schöpfung als kollektive menschliche Achse in Resonanz geht. \n\n\n\nMarina Ruiz Matta ist eine Pianistin und Komponistin aus Buenos Aires. Sie absolvierte die Leopoldo Marechal School of Music (Argentinien)\, wo sie ein Piano-Diplom mit Spezialisierung auf argentinischen Tango erwarb. She graduated in composition from the National University and is currently a student in the Jazz Composition/Arranging Master’s program at the Cologne University of Music and Dance.\nAs a composer and arranger\, she has worked with various ensembles such as the National Orchestra of Argentine Music\, the Academic Orchestra ISA of the Teatro Colón\, the Tropi Ensemble\, the string ensemble SurdelSur and in residencies for the Experimental Center of the Teatro Colón.\nAs a singer\, she has performed as a soloist in various projects and has collaborated with musicians such as Heiner Goebbels\, Sebastian Gramss\, Valentín Garvie\, Joëlle Lèandre\, Juan Pablo Navarro\, Graciela Jimenez\, Ernesto Jodos and many others.
