Seine Stimme verschreibt sich einem lyrischen\, fragilen Sound und einer stilistischen Offenheit und Neugier. Er studierte Jazzgesang und Klavier in Dresden; dort formierte sich auch sein Quartett\, das sich v.a. seinen Eigenkompositionen und Vertonungen deutscher Lyrik widmet. Aber auch Bearbeitungen von Jazzstandards und anderen Songs finden Eingang ins Repertoire des Quartetts. His voice is dedicated to a lyrical\, fragile sound and a stylistic openness and curiosity. He studied jazz singing and piano in Dresden\, where he also formed his quartet\, which is primarily dedicated to his own compositions and settings of German poetry. Moreover\, arrangements of jazz standards and other songs find their way into the quartet’s repertoire. The four musicians create a tremendous dynamic in which intimate and raw sounds alternate and move the audience profoundly. \n
