Pianist und Komponist (und jungloftler) Felix Hauptmann arbeitet kontinuierlich an der Findung einer eigenen musikalischen Sprache und zeigt diese beispielsweise in seinem Trio PERCUSSION. Seine Kompositionen zeichnen sich durch eine subtile Balance zwischen Struktur und Freiheit aus, wobei er besondere Aufmerksamkeit auf Klangfarben und rhythmische Vielschichtigkeit legt.
Sein Solo Programm schöpft aus diesen Elementen und basiert auf freier Improvisation.

Pianist and composer Felix Hauptmann is constantly working on finding his own musical language and demonstrates this, for example, in his trio PERCUSSION. His compositions are characterized by a subtle balance between structure and freedom, whereby he pays particular attention to timbre and rhythmic complexity.
