Später spielten die beiden in Nabatovs Vertonungen  russischer Literaturwerke sowie in zahlreichen Ad-hoc-Konstellationen. \nDas Spiel im Duo erlaubte es ihnen jedoch immer\, zum Kern dessen vorzudringen\, was in der improvisierten Musik wesentlich ist – der offene Dialog\, die Freude daran\, sich selbst und den anderen zu überraschen\, das kohärente Erzählen von Geschichten neben abstrakten musikalischen Verstrickungen. Ihren eleganten und zugleich kraftvollen Stil hat das Duo bisher auf zwei CD-Veröffentlichungen dokumentiert. Later\, the two played in Nabatov’s settings of Russian literary works as well as in numerous ad hoc constellations. \nPlaying as a duo\, however\, always allowed them to get to the core of what is essential in improvised music – open dialogue\, the joy of surprising themselves and each other\, coherent storytelling alongside abstract musical entanglements. The duo has documented their elegant yet powerful style on two CD releases to date. Tender Mercies is their third and most mature and expressive album to date\, recorded live at Cologne’s LOFT and released in 2023 on the Portuguese label Clean Feed.
