DESCRIPTION:Alexei Aigui – Violine\nDietmar Bonnen – Gesang & Piano \n\n(english: see below) \n1994 war das Jahr\, in dem die kongeniale Künstlerfreundschaft von Alexei Aigui und Dietmar Bonnen begann: sie spielten ihr erstes gemeinsames Konzert in Moskau.\nDas Goethe-Institut schickte Dietmar Bonnen mit seiner legendären Band FLEISCH auf Tournee durch Russland – Alexei gründete sein Ensemble 4‘33 (benannt nach der Komposition von John Cage)\, das erste russische Ensemble\, das Werke von La Monte Young\, Toru Takemitsu\, Morton Feldman und Terry Riley aufführte.\nDietmar spielte als Gast im Ensemble 4‘33\, Alexei als Geigensolist in Dietmars Ensemble de Plainte\, beide waren Teil des Russian-German Composers Quartet\, das 1996 seine erste bei LeoRecords veröffentlichte CD selbstverständlich im LOFT aufnahm. \nhttps://dietmar-bonnen.com/duo-aigui-bonnen.php \nVor 20 Jahren erschien die erste Duo-CD mit kammermusikalischen Versionen der Musik von Jimi Hendrix\, es folgten weitere mit Musik so unterschiedlicher Komponisten wie Frank Zappa oder Kurt Weill (ebenfalls alle produziert im LOFT). \nUnmittelbar nach Kriegsbeginn im Februar 2022 verließ Alexei mit seiner Familie Russland; gemeinsam mit Dietmar spielte er im letzten Sommer (mit geliehener Geige) im Rahmen der Cologne Jazzweek.\nIm LOFT-Konzert werden sie diesmal neues Material präsentieren\, spielen aber selbstverständlich auch einige Highlights aus ihren unterschiedlichen Programmen. \n\n\n\n\nAlexei Aigui – violin\nDietmar Bonnen – voice & piano\n \nInformation about prices\, ticket reservations and our opening times can be found here. \n1994 was the year when the congenial artist friendship of Alexei Aigui and Dietmar Bonnen began: they played their first concert together in Moscow.\nThe Goethe Institute sent Dietmar Bonnen on tour through Russia with his legendary band FLEISCH – Alexei founded his Ensemble 4’33 (named after John Cage’s composition)\, the first Russian ensemble to perform works by La Monte Young\, Toru Takemitsu\, Morton Feldman and Terry Riley.\nDietmar played as a guest in Ensemble 4’33\, Alexei as a violin soloist in Dietmar’s Ensemble de Plainte\, both were part of the Russian-German Composers Quartet\, which of course recorded its first CD released by LeoRecords in 1996 at the LOFT. \nhttps://dietmar-bonnen.com/duo-aigui-bonnen.php \nThe first duo CD with chamber music versions of the music of Jimi Hendrix was released 20 years ago\, followed by others with music by composers as diverse as Frank Zappa and Kurt Weill (also all produced at the LOFT). \nImmediately after the war began in February 2022\, Alexei left Russia with his family; together with Dietmar\, he played last summer (with borrowed violin) as part of Cologne Jazzweek.\nIn the LOFT concert this time they will present new material\, but of course they will also play some highlights from their different programs.
