Mit einem Hintergrund in Free Jazz\, Noise und Avantgarde spielen sie Musik in der Tradition der modernen freien Improvisation\, inspiriert von Anthony Braxton\, Mette Rasmussen\, Ingebrigt Håker Flaten ect. \nDas Trio besteht aus Amalie Dahl (Dafnie\, Trondheim Jazz Orchestra) am Altsaxophon\, Henrik Sandstad Dalen (Passe Planta\, Sex Magick Wizards) am Kontrabass und Jomar Jeppsson Søvik (Actual Music) am Schlagzeug. Alle drei sind Teil der improvisierenden Musikszene in Oslo. \nIhr Debütalbum Fairytales for Daydreamers erscheint am 3. März 2023 auf dem Label Nice Things Records. Auf diesem Live-Mitschnitt ihres ersten gemeinsamen Auftritts kann der Zuhörer die unmittelbare Chemie des Trios in einem lebendigen und abenteuerlichen 45-minütigen Set erleben. With backgrounds in free jazz\, noise and avantgarde they play music in the tradition of modern free improvisation\, inspired by Anthony Braxton\, Mette Rasmussen\, Ingebrigt Håker Flaten ect.  \nThe trio consists of Amalie Dahl (Dafnie\, Trondheim Jazz Orchestra) on alto saxophone\, Henrik Sandstad Dalen (Passe Planta\, Sex Magick Wizards) on double bass\, and Jomar Jeppsson Søvik (Actual Music) on drums. All three of them are part of the improvised music environment in Oslo. Their debut album Fairytales for Daydreamers comes out on March 3rd 2023 on Nice Things Records label. On this live recording from their first performance together\, the listener gets to experience the trio’s immediate chemistry through a lively and adventurous 45 minute set. They move confidently through polite introductions\, interrogations\, deep conversations and heated arguments before at last they reach tender reconciliation\, as if they were old friends playing together.   \nFollowing this release the trio will be touring in Europe in the beginning of March 2023.
