Trevor Dunn & Alexander Hawkins\nMOCH nennt sich ein Duo mit der Vibrafonistin und Marimbaspielerin Patricia Brennan und dem Perkussionisten\, Schlagzeuger und Turntablisten Noel Brennan aka Arktureye. Der Name ihres Duos ist ein Wort aus der indigenen Sprache Nahuatl ihrer Heimat Mexiko und bedeutet so viel wie „alle\, alles“.\nBeide leben mittlerweile im New Yorker Stadtteil Brooklyn\, wo sie sich einen Namen als Improvisationskünstler:innen auf der Grenze zwischen Jazz\, Neuer Musik und Sonic-Art gemacht haben. Für ihren eigenwilligen Sound schöpfen sie aus dieser Vielzahl musikalischer Einflüsse und experimentieren intensiv mit ihrer akustischen und elektronischen Instrumentierung\, um zu einer Symbiose aus analoger Percussion und digitaler Klangbearbeitung zu gelangen.
