Alle fünf Musiker:innen hängen irgendwie in der Berner Szene für aktuelle Musik rum\, finden sich aber hier zum ersten Mal gemeinsam auf einer Bühne. Sonia Loenne schrieb eigens für dieses Konzert reworks von BUREAU BUREAU- und Assonance-Stücken – vermengt\, geklebt\, neu gedacht oder verstärkt: Nun treffen Assonance‘ melancholische\, dunkle Wellen auf die hyperaktiven Klangcluster von BUREAU BUREAU\, es bilden sich Texte zu harmonischen Strukturen – und andersherum. \n\nSonia Loenne singt\, komponiert\, spielt neuerdings auch Schlagzeug und wohnt mittlerweile in Bern\, wo sie im Master zeitgenössische Komposition an der Jazzfakultät der Hochschule der Künste bei u. A. Andreas Schaerer\, Stefan Schultze und Django Bates studiert. \nhttp://www.sonialoenne.com/ \nSie wurde 1996 in Nizza\, Frankreich geboren und ist 1997 nach Leipzig\, Deutschland umgezogen. Das hat sie sprachlich nachhaltig verwirrt. Sie beschäftigt sich deshalb seit einigen Jahren neben Musik auch mit Lyrik\, Improvisation und Theater. Sonia improvisiert und komponiert in verschiedensten Besetzungen\, wie etwa im Duo mit dem Berner Schlagzeuger Michael Cina: BUREAU BUREAU\, als Schlagzeugerin der Band EDNA\, mit dem Creative Jazz-Projekt Rainald Brederling Quintett\, oder Solo deutschlandweit und in der Schweiz und ist mehr und mehr auf etablierten Bühnen zu finden.\n2022 wird sie zwei erste Alben veröffentlichen.\nAusserdem ist Sonia als Komponistin in der zeitgenössischen klassischen und experimentellen Musik aktiv und arbeitet momentan u. A. an einer Kommission für das Berner Ensemble Proton (Protonwerk 2022).\nIn der Vergangenheit arbeitete Sonia viel im Theater – dies beeinflusst ihre künstlerische Arbeit zunehmend. All five musicians are somehow hanging out in the Bernese scene for contemporary music\, but find themselves here for the first time together on one stage. Sonia Loenne wrote reworks of BUREAU BUREAU and Assonance pieces especially for this concert – mixed\, glued\, rethought or amplified: Now Assonance‘ melancholic\, dark waves meet the hyperactive sound clusters of BUREAU BUREAU\, lyrics form harmonic structures – and vice versa. \nSonia Loenne sings\, composes\, recently also plays drums and now lives in Bern\, where she studies contemporary composition in the master’s program at the Jazzfakultät der Hochschule der Künste with Andreas Schaerer\, Stefan Schultze and Django Bates\, among others. \nhttp://www.sonialoenne.com/ \nShe was born in Nice\, France in 1996 and moved to Leipzig\, Germany in 1997. This has left her with a lasting linguistic confusion. Therefore\, for several years she has been involved in poetry\, improvisation and theater in addition to music.
