Sidewoman für Aufsehen gesorgt haben. \nDreh- und Angelpunkt der Band ist der Berner Schlagzeuger und Komponist Clemens Kuratle. Die Kompositionen sind nicht Selbstzweck\, sondern entstehen immer auch aus einer Auseinandersetzung mit gesellschaftspolitischen Fragen. So ist Lumumba dem kongolesischen Panafrikanist und Freiheitskämpfer Patrice Lumumba gewidmet und entstand aus der Auseinandersetzung mit der kolonialen Vergangenheit Europas und deren Folgen für den afrikanischen Kontinent. Bwegshit spiegelt den Zustand von Grossbritannien rund um den Brexit im Grossen und dem britischen Unterhaus im Kleinen wider. \nhttps://www.clemenskuratle.com/ \nTrotz der geografischen Distanz hat die Band die Coronapandemie überlebt.\nIhr Debut erschien am 19. The compositions are not an end in themselves but always arise from an examination of socio-political issues. Lumumba\, for example\, is dedicated to the Congolese Pan-Africanist and freedom fighter Patrice Lumumba and arose out of an examination of Europe’s colonial past and its consequences for the African continent.
