Sonntags – sind möglich.\nWeitere Informationen zu den Preisen\, Karten-Reservierungen und den Öffnungszeiten finden Sie hier.\n\nBlanca Núñez Quinteto © Marcos Angeloni\nBlanca Núñez ist Sängerin\, Songwriter und Multiinstrumentalistin\, lernte klassisches Klavier und Geige am Conservatorio Superior de Música Joaquín Rodrigo in Valencia und studierte später Jazzgesang an der Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln.\nIhrer Muttersprache bleibt sie in ihren Texten treu\, denn das Erzählerische ist der Grund\, warum sie die Musik drumherum webt. Zwischen Dezember 2019 und März 2020 wurde das Quintett Album En Tierra mit Double Moon Records dank erfolgreichem Crowdfunding produziert.\nDas Erscheinungsdatum stand auch fest: 29. Mai 2020. \nWas zwischen Produktion und Veröffentlichung passieren sollte\, konnte niemand ahnen…\nUnd so wurde das geplante Releasekonzert mit anschließender Tour nie verwirklicht. En Tierra (an Land) ist das Album\, das Blancas Auswanderung nach Deutschland in 2003 nachträglich verarbeitet. Für ihr Vorhaben stellte sie das Quintett mit Norman Peplow\, Julian Bossert\, Jakob Kühnemann und Alfonso Garrido zusammen\, das durch Bruno Müller als Gast im Studio ergänzt wurde. Durch die unerwartete Pandemie bekommt allerdings diese Sammlung an Songs über das Verlassen des festen Bodens eine ganz neue Bedeutung. Denn als Musikerin und zweifache Mutter ließ sich die Kunst nach so einer Krise nicht so schnell wieder auffangen. \nAn diesem Abend kommen zum ersten Mal seit der Aufnahme alle 6 Musiker zusammen auf die Bühne. Es wird gleichzeitig Präsentation und 4-jähriges Jubiläum des Albums\, dazu kommen Uraufführungen einiger brandneuer Stücke. \n„Die 38-Jährige [inzwischen 42] hat eine angenehme\, ungekünstelte Singstimme. Ihre Melodien sind klar\, direkt\, fassbar – und Spanisch ist eine wunderbare Sprache für Vokalisten. Man könnte sich diese zwei Handvoll Lieder in sehr verschiedenen Arrangements vorstellen: folkloristisch\, poppig\, rockig\, sogar klassisch. Between December 2019 and March 2020\, the quintet album En Tierra was produced with Double Moon Records thanks to successful crowdfunding.\nThe release date was also set: 29 May 2020. \nNobody could have guessed what would happen between production and release…\nAnd so the planned release concert and subsequent tour never materialised. En Tierra (on land) is the album that subsequently deals with Blanca’s emigration to Germany in 2003. For her project\, she put together a quintet with Norman Peplow\, Julian Bossert\, Jakob Kühnemann and Alfonso Garrido\, who were joined in the studio by Bruno Müller as a guest. However\, the unexpected pandemic has given this collection of songs about leaving solid ground a whole new meaning. After all\, as a musician and mother of two\, art was not so easy to pick up again after such a crisis. \nOn this evening\, all 6 musicians will be on stage together for the first time since the recording. It will be both a presentation and a 4-year anniversary of the album\, plus world premieres of some brand new pieces. \n„The 38-year-old [now 42] has a pleasant\, unaffected singing voice. Her melodies are clear\, direct\, tangible – and Spanish is a wonderful language for vocalists. You could imagine these two handfuls of songs in very different arrangements: folk\, pop\, rock\, even classical.
